Document Editor

Whenever you click "Prepare" in the process of creating or editing a document or template, you will be redirected to the document editor. The document editor is the workspace where field placement and signing preparation is taken care of for each signing party.

The document editor is based on three sections:

  • Left: Document Pages On the left side of your document editor each document file will be listed along with its pages. Clicking a single page will cause the editor to jump to the clicked page.
  • Center: Workspace At the center you will see your document pages listed in an easily readable size. This is where most of your preparation work will take place and where fields will be placed.
  • Right: Recipients & Fields On the right side at the top your signers and CCs will be listed. For most document types, a No Signer field will be located right above these signers. These fields are added to your document simply by dragging one field at a time onto your document workspace
